Who are you thankful for for keeping you motivated and happy? It might be your family, your friends, your teacher, the NHS staff across the country who are helping those who need medical support or someone else.

Action for Happinesfrom Mrs Liversidge: Put your worries into perspective and try to let them go. If you have a worry, allow it to happen but then try to replace it with a happy thought or something you are grateful for. You could make, or draw, a happy/gratitude tree and add leaves with something you are happy about/grateful for to it daily. I've done it with my children at home and it really helps. Happy Friday to you all! x

Mrs Khan’s THOUGHT OF THE DAY: “Nothing is particularly hard if you break it down into small jobs.” – Henry Ford. This advice works with anything in life. Take anything difficult and break it into a few pieces. Then take those pieces and add tasks to them that will help you complete each piece. Check off your progress as you go. Easter Holiday History Project - wb 13.04.20

Your second Easter project has arrived...! The project is detailed on the school homepage. No screens before bed or when waking up. Try to wait until you've had breakfast to start your work and screen time and avoid it after dinner in the evening. ACTION FOR HAPPINESS from Mrs Liversidge- Take five minutes to sit still and breathe. Repeat regularly. Try to find a quiet space and be still. You could try shutting your eyes and listen to the sounds. Can you hear your heart beat and the sound of your breath? Enjoy this moment and come back to do it whenever you need some calm.
