Action for Happiness from Mrs Liversidge: Find a way to craft what you are doing to give it more meaning. This could be experimenting with using imaginative words in your tasks today, speaking with expression, collecting items from the garden which are different shades of green, or simply making something fun by talking about it to someone as you do it. This is what memories are made of!

What does it mean to be kind? Think about ways in which you can show kindness to those around you. How many acts of kindness can you achieve today?
Action for Happiness from Mrs Liversidge: Hand write a note to someone you love or miss and send them a photo of it. This act of kindness will make you feel really happy, as well as the person who receives it. Can you think of a funny joke to use in it? Maybe they will write you a note too.

If you have made a rainbow for your house to display in the windows, remind yourself why it's there each time you look at it. Join in with the Clap for the NHS at 8pm or maybe give a little clap every time you see the rainbow or wash your hands.

Action for Happiness from Mrs Liversidge: Today do something to care for the natural world. You could turn off a light when it's not needed, turn the TV off properly - not leave it on standby, don't leave those taps running, think about what you can recycle rather than throw away and maybe water some plants in your garden. They won't have had a drink since the weekend!

Who are you thankful for for keeping you motivated and happy? It might be your family, your friends, your teacher, the NHS staff across the country who are helping those who need medical support or someone else.

Think of waking up to each new day with a plain canvas in front of you. The day is yours to create however you wish. Pretend you could take each day and hang it on the wall to admire the art.
Action for Happiness from Mrs Liversidge: Put your worries into perspective and try to let them go. If you have a worry, allow it to happen but then try to replace it with a happy thought or something you are grateful for. You could make, or draw, a happy/gratitude tree and add leaves with something you are happy about/grateful for to it daily. I've done it with my children at home and it really helps. Action for Happiness from Mrs Liversidge: Have a tech-free day. Stop scrolling and turn off the news. As well as accessing your work from home, you could try to find as many creative things to do with your hands as you can today, away from gadgets, and explore the world outside some more.
